Muse laser cutter certification8/31/2023 ![]() Having the Muse as apart of my business has taken my handbag business to the next level and has helped me standout!! My Sales Rep BJ even called a few months after I Purchased my Muse to see how everything was going with my Laser which I was having a small issue and BJ helped me get in contact with Frank from customer service for my specific issue and Frank was awesome and helped me fix my small problem with no issues. I make Cork Handbags accessories, and I use the Muse to help me cut out bags and wallets, engrave / cutout designs and laser logos among other things. I have the Muse Laser and Love it!! I use the Muse Laser for my Handbag Business. Full Spectrum Laser has ignored all attempts to get this corrected. Because the glass and lcd were I damaged, it makes me believe this was done maliciously in retaliation for buying from another company. The damage to the interior was under a screen and also had to be accessed by a glass door (neither of which were damaged). These machines are supposedly QC’d at the factory. It arrived quickly, but upon inspecting the machine there was damage on the interior. ![]() He refused to honor the deal so I went to another company to place the order for the machine. I told him I wasn’t paying anything more than what was quoted (with taxes and shipping). When I asked him about it, he said they pass the credit card charges to the customer. When I looked at the link he had marked up the quote by almost $300. After agreeing (I have the emails to back it up) to the deal we asked him to send over a payment link. We had a deal worked out with Hans for a Muse 3D. Not impressed with their overall customer service at all. I am tempted to refuse the shipment and then find another provider if this is how Full Spectrum Laser operates sounds like the aftercare is not important to this company at all. ![]() Charged over $250.00 to ship the machine and then sales rep won't email or call you back with tracking information. They love to get you on the hook on the "end of the month" deals and then leave you out to dry. *******BEWARE ********** I am fearful of them having my ACH information at this point. When I contact the sales rep that sold me the machine all I could get is it was " their bad" and he would have someone get back with me from the accounting team. They were not supposed to draft a $3,777.00 down payment out of my account until the 1st of march but decided to do it on the 3rd of February. The sales reps are great at following up and blowing your phone up until they get your wire transfer and banking information then they draft whenever they want no matter the contract you sign. I wish I had purchased a generic laser from China since parts and service items are readily available, and I wouldn't be limited to one company that could help with problems. My warranty expires at the end of this month. It's now January 14th and I still have not heard back from them. Finally I called and waited on hold and got to speak with a guy who told me the engineers would be reaching out that day January 4th. I updated the ticket explaining the issue and once again heard nothing for a week. When I installed the boards the machine powers up but will not autofocus and the laser fires intermittently if I try to send a job. By December 21st they shipped the repaired boards back to me. Finally on December 14th they instructed me to remove the boards from the machine and mail them to FS Laser. I then sent a ticket reply asking if it is normal for a reply to take so long. Three days later they responded to the ticket instructing me to take the machine side cover off and send them a video showing any lights coming on. I then opened a ticket explaining the issue. ![]() I tried calling tech support but sat on hold for about 30 minutes and then the call disconnected. (Free shipping and no tax since I purchased from Ultimate 3D Printing Store instead of Full Spectrum directly, so I saved about a thousand dollars but still spent nearly $10k on this machine) On November 25th the machine stopped powering up.
